What data we process

When you purchase, we process your name, email address, shipping address and order details. Payment data (e.g. card numbers) is processed directly by Stripe — we never receive or store it.

Requests and booked sessions

When you ask for a one-to-one session we store your name, email address, country, whether you book as a private individual or a business, organisation and VAT number, your time zone and what you write. VAT numbers from other EU countries are checked against the EU VIES register. The data is used to offer times, book the session and account for the payment, and is stored with Supabase (EU). Emails are sent through Resend. Requests that do not lead to a booking are deleted after twelve months.

Purpose and legal basis

We process the data to fulfil your purchase (contract), to meet legal obligations such as bookkeeping (legal obligation), and to communicate about your order (legitimate interest).

Recipients and processors

We share data with the providers required to deliver the service: Stripe (payment), shipping carriers (delivery), and hosting and email providers. They process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

Retention

Order-related data is kept as long as required by the Swedish Bookkeeping Act (seven years). Other data is deleted when no longer needed for its purpose.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and to object to processing. Contact mail@daniellindskog.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).

Cookies

We use a cookie to remember your language choice. During payment, Stripe may set cookies necessary to complete the transaction.
