Products
We sell artistic products related to archaeology and photography. This includes giclée prints on Hahnemühle paper, and the range may be expanded with other products over time. Some products, such as prints, are made to order in the chosen size and delivered without frame. What is included and the available formats are stated for each product.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Swedish kronor (SEK) including VAT. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. We never store your card details.
Delivery
We ship within Sweden only. Normal delivery time is 7–10 business days from order. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has shipped.
Right of withdrawal and returns
For products made specifically to order (such as prints), the statutory right of withdrawal under Swedish distance-selling law does not apply once production has begun. You may, however, cancel the order free of charge as long as production has not yet started — email mail@daniellindskog.com promptly after purchase and we will refund you. For stock items that are not custom-made, the standard 14-day right of withdrawal under distance-selling law applies.
Complaints
If the item is damaged or faulty on delivery, contact us within a reasonable time at mail@daniellindskog.com. Consumer rights under Swedish consumer law apply to defective goods.
One-to-one sessions
A session is 60 minutes over Zoom and is booked through a request at daniellindskog.com/one-to-one. You receive times to choose from and pay once you have picked one. In Sweden a session costs 1,000 SEK plus 25 % VAT; everyone else pays 100 €, businesses in other EU countries under the reverse charge and customers outside the EU without Swedish VAT. Receipts and invoices are issued by Stripe on behalf of Daniel Lindskog Design.
Moving, cancelling and withdrawal for sessions
You can move a booked session once, at least 24 hours before it starts, by replying to the confirmation email. Cancellations later than that, or not attending, are not refunded. As a consumer you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under Swedish distance-selling law. When booking, you ask for the session to be held within the withdrawal period and accept that the right of withdrawal ends once the session has been held; if you withdraw before then, the full amount is refunded. Businesses have no right of withdrawal. If I cannot hold a booked session, you are offered a new time or a full refund.
Workshops and lectures
Workshops and lectures are quoted and invoiced by Milvus Productions AB. The terms are set out in the quote.
Disputes
In case of a dispute we cannot resolve, you may contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr). Swedish law applies.
